Built for your busiest hour.

One device on the counter. Nothing new for your staff. Every order tracked to the customer’s hand.

What changes for your venue.

The wait after paying moves off your counter and onto their phone. Nothing else about how you work changes.

Busy hours no longer cap your sales

In the rush, the people who see the crowd and leave are sales you never make. Now they pay, leave, and come back when their order is ready. The counter looks open, so the orders that used to walk past can come in.

Regulars remember you

Your name appears on the customer’s lock screen for their entire wait. They check it constantly, and it lights up the moment their order is ready. Seeing a name that many times significantly increases the chance of a return customer, compared with a ticket that is thrown away.

Fewer receipts, lower costs, smaller footprint

You no longer need to print an order ticket for every customer or take names. Your kitchen docket and bag label can stay as they are. Thermal receipts carry BPA and end up in landfill, so every one you don’t print is a cost saved and a little less environmental impact.

One tap, then payment alone

After a customer pays, they hold their phone to the Nearphyld device and live order tracking begins. From then on, order tracking appears from payment alone at any connected venue, through recognition. No names to take, no tickets to hand out, nobody asking “is mine ready?”.

Every payment becomes a live connection.

Your counter already produces everything this needs: a payment, an order number and a ready signal. We connect them once. From then on, every order is immediately tracked between customer and kitchen.

[ Pay ]

Payment processor

A customer pays as normal. Your payment provider tells us the amount, the time, and an anonymous ID the card networks issue for that card. Never the card number, never a name.

[ Order ]

Point of sale

Your system tells us which order that payment belongs to: the order number and its status. No point of sale? The payment itself becomes the order and we number it.

[ Tap ]

Nearphyld device

The customer holds their phone over our device. Once, ever. The tap is cryptographically signed, so it can’t be copied, and their order appears on their lock screen straight away, being made.

[ Ready ]

Kitchen display system

When your kitchen bumps the order on its screen, we hear it in under a second. No kitchen screen? We give you one, free, and it runs on any device you already own.

[ Track ]

Customer phone

The lock screen moves from being made to ready to collect. When they collect it, the record is deleted. Next time that card pays at any connected venue, the order appears with no tap at all.

Tap once. Recognised everywhere.

The card is the identity. After one tap at one counter, every connected venue knows the phone the moment that card pays. No tap, no app, no name.

The same tap brings them back.

Recognition doesn’t stop at the order. Customers earn your rewards just by paying, and the ones who drift away get a reason to return. Nothing for your staff to run.

Loyalty from payment alone

Choose what regulars earn: a free item, or a percentage or dollar amount off, after a number of visits or an amount spent. Every payment counts on its own, and customers watch their progress on their phone. Staff apply the reward with your own discount code, like any other.

Offers that bring people back

Turn on one offer for customers who haven’t been in for a while. We send it when they’re most likely to return: when they’re nearby, around the time they usually visit. Only to people who said yes to offers, and never more than once a week.

See what it brings back

Your dashboard counts the customers each offer actually brought back. A small group never receives it, so the difference you see is the offer’s doing.

No kitchen screen? You have one now.

A free Live Kitchen for every venue that doesn’t have a digital kitchen yet. It runs on the web, on any iPhone, laptop or tablet you already own. Every order syncs here, and when one is ready you tap it, and it syncs to the customer’s phone.

The customer’s phone turns green at the same moment.

Four ways to say “it’s ready.”

Three ask something of the customer every time. One asks once. People choose the easiest thing.

A number on a screen

A thermal ticket for every order, and a screen the customer must stay in sight of. The crowd forms under it, and that crowd is what the street sees. People who would have walked past a full room now have a reason to come in.

A pager

A transmitter, a set of coaster pagers and a charging base. Staff hand them out, wipe them down and collect them, and every one that goes missing is replaced. It buzzes once, knows nothing about the customer, and never brings them back.

A text message

The customer types their phone number into a kiosk while the line waits, then gets one message from a number they don’t know. You pay for every text, you hold every phone number, and a wrong digit is a lost order.

The phone in their hand

The first time a customer pays at a connected venue, they hold their phone over the Nearphyld device beside the terminal. Once. From then on, every payment they make at any connected venue puts that order on their lock screen, with the venue’s own number, and flips it to Ready when the kitchen finishes it. Nothing to download, nothing to type, nothing to carry.

Nothing to buy. Nothing to install.

We handle the integration. Your payments and your kitchen are connected to our network, the device goes on the counter, and from that moment every order runs between them on its own. Nothing for your team to learn.

Free device

Our device, or the kiosk plate, placed and tested by us.

Free connection

We connect to the terminal and point of sale you already run.

Free Live Kitchen

No kitchen screen? Run ours on a device you already own.

Frequently asked questions.

Yes, but with one difference. A cash order goes through your till like any other, and because no card was used, it will sit claimable on our device. An existing customer or a first time customer will still be required to tap their phone to track their order, as no card reference has been recognised.

No. If you already use a point of sale and a digital kitchen, we will connect to what you already use, which is the smoothest way for implementation.

If you don’t yet have modern systems in place, we give you a fully connected Live Kitchen that runs through the web on any device you already own. This includes laptop, phone and tablet.

Nothing they have to learn. They use the same terminal, same buttons, same order of service. What does change is the shouting, finding customers, the pagers and the crowd at the counter asking if theirs is ready, because the phone tells them instead.

Setting you up is free: the device, the integration and Live Kitchen. After that we charge per order tracked, at a rate that depends on your volume. Nothing to buy, nothing to install.

On iPhone, never. When they tap our device, an App Clip opens within seconds, showing them the tracked order. From then on their card is recognised at every connected venue, providing tracking through payment alone.

On Android the tap opens a secure page for that specific order. It will recommend our app, which automatically syncs the order and allows future order tracking upon payment.

You keep trading as normal. Your terminal and till run on their own connections and we are never in the payment path. Our device needs no power and no connection of its own. Orders reach us again the moment your line is back, and tracking resumes on its own.

Almost nothing. An encrypted card reference issued by the payment network, which cannot be turned back into a person, and whether an order is being made or ready. No names, no card numbers, no contact details. Your order data stays yours.

We can work with almost any payment provider that offers an API, and we are continuously onboarding new ones. Tell us what provider and point of sale you use at your counter and we will try to connect it for free.
